Serhii Halchynskyi

Expert in government relations in Ukraine, professional lawyer and consultant in international relations, business operations, licensing and company structuring. Responsible for cultural and educational cooperation.

Vadym Melnychenko

Expert in international relations with many years of experience implementing joint Ukraine-Ireland business projects, PhD in Economics. Oversees business and investment consulting, company structuring and export-import operations.

Kevin Lucey

Entrepreneur and businessman involved in renewable energy, agriculture, logistics and hospitality. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he specializes in growth, corporate strategy and corporate venturing.

On March 20, a meeting was held with Bartosz Siepracki, Senior Market Adviser for Digital Tech & High-Tech Construction at Enterprise Ireland Poland & Baltics. Lviv CCI (Ukraine) and Cork CCI (Ireland) held an online meeting

On January 30, 2025, the parties discussed cooperation and investment opportunities. The "Hibernian Group" was introduced, which will focus on developing Ukrainian-Irish relations. The parties agreed to develop a roadmap for cooperation involving various stakeholders, including the embassies of both countries.
